Meredith Insurance Agency parent company, Davis & Towle Insurance Group, headquartered in Concord, NH with 12 locations across the state, is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of Tassey Group Insurance in Berlin, NH. With this acquisition, Davis & Towle has also announced the merger of Tassey Group Insurance with fellow Davis & Towle Group Agency, Marshall Insurance Agency with locations in Berlin and Lancaster.
As a result of the merger, the Tassey Group Insurance name will sunset as they assume the Marshall Insurance Agency name and move to Marshall’s Berlin location at 324 Main St. The Tassey phone number remains the same: 603.752.4322.
At Marshall Insurance, Tassey clients will find the same friendly staff they’ve been depending on for years. Customer Service Representative, Dodie Saucier is excited to continue to serve her clients as part of the Marshall Insurance team, and previous owner, Glenn Tassey will remain on board to ensure a smooth transition. In the coming year, Tassey plans to retire from the insurance business to fully focus on his financial planning business.
